A fruity, expressive wine with raspberries, blackberries, and spiciness, Montes Merlot offers a balance between oak and fruit. The oak is there but at a level that permits the fruit to be the principal element. This is a wine with a good balance of tannins and acidity. It is a friendly, soft wine with a long and pleasant finish.
