Deep dark purple in color, this blend has a bouquet of old Pinot Noir with a touch of ripe cherry and spice supported by earthiness. On the palate, this wine has plenty of ripe fruit including Bing cherry. It is very juicy with Shiraz adding a warm spiciness. A touch of earthiness brings complexity to the finish.
