Ann is the Orders Administrator at TGIC Importers. She was born in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin and moved to Southern California when she was two years old. Her twin sister is Gail Schnaer, the Office Manager. Her son, Kenny, also works for TGIC as the IT Specialist.

Ann worked in telecommunications for 18 years; quit to raise her two children and returned to work in 2002.

She has worked for TGIC Importers for almost 8 years. She began as the Receptionist and moved up to Order Administrator, initially doing just California Wholesale orders and then progressed to California and Out-of-State orders shipping from California.
