 Description:

 TGIC Importers, Inc. is one of the fastest growing importers and wholesalers of fine wine. We are seeking two enthusiastic, motivated Sales Representatives to service a wide array of broad market accounts. We have a position opening that will cover the Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, Century City and Culver City territories and another position that will cover the San Fernando Valley territory.

The ideal candidate will display the following qualifications:

*Goal orientated with proven track record of achieving sales and profit goals, and creating positive relationships.
*Professional, organized and ability to thrive in a highly competitive environment.
*Proven sales skills.
*Excellent organizational skills.
*Knowledge and passion for fine wine.
*At least 2 years experience in fine wine sales.
*Pre-existing relationships with accounts in the designated territory.
*Computer skills to include Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, and internet.
*Candidate MUST own a working computer.
*Persuasive public speaking and presentation skills as well as the ability to close deals.
* Able to comfortably lift and move 40lbs.
* Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and valid proof of automobile insurance.
*Candidate must reside in the area of the position they are applying for.

Direct responsibilities include:

*Managing sales in the market.
*Ensuring sales goals are reached.
*Working in the market to build strong relationships with off and on premise Key Accounts.
*Determining new accounts to place TGIC products.
*Some nights/weekends visiting accounts to make placements.
*Conducting in-store tastings and wait staff trainings.
*Participating in supplier market visits.
